Katelynn Robinson is a Patient Care Coordinator. Katelynn was born and raised in Springfield, Il. Katelynn attended Southeast High School and started working at Memorial Medical Center in 2018 as a Phlebotomist. Katelynn began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because she prides herself in helping others and is ecstatic to make a difference in the world with people who have a hearing loss! What Katelynn loves most about saving hearing lives is the look on other’s faces when they first begin to hear again. Katelynn strives to provide exceptional customer service everyday working with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Katelynn loves hobbies such as spending time with her daughter and family. She loves to travel and being outdoors. She likes to keep busy with friends and loved ones, making tons of memories
